What we found
Trading: its website https://www.elexcellent.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

2 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Both 5-star reviews praise the sales stage, with one describing a thorough site visit, clear quote and helpful handling of solar authority paperwork, and the install itself being on time, tidy and well explained. The other praises the installer's work and finish and reports bills falling to nearly nothing after install.
