What we found
Trading: Google still lists Electrical Pro as open (86 reviews); its website https://electricalpro.com.au/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=gbp still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
The two 5-star reviews carry no written text, so nothing specific is praised, and the dates (2017 and 2020) do not show whether they were written at sale, install or later.
The 1 star reviews say
The reviewer says a visit to investigate an inverter fault was unannounced in timing, with much of the time spent setting up the company's own equipment and basic checks such as the mains feed skipped. They also say the technician did not listen to the operating parameters, responded sarcastically when the invoice was raised, and seemed out of their depth on a fault investigation.
