What we found
Trading: Google still lists Ecopower as open (1 review). Watch: http://ecopowerequipment.com.au/ now redirects to https://conquestequipment.com.au/.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
The one detailed 5-star review, written after completion in 2020, praises the quote process, competitive pricing, the advice on system choice, and a quick, neat and professional installation. The second 5-star review from 2010 has no text, so nothing further can be said about it.
