What we found
Trading: Google still lists Eco Elite as open (239 reviews); its website http://eco-elite.com.au/ still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 7 May 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
11 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the polite, tidy installers, the helpful sales process and education, and the responsive after-install support, including help with grid connection and monitoring apps. Praise covers the sale, install and after-sales stages.
The 1 star reviews say
The single 1-star review complains that the company never answered calls after the quote, broke 28 tiles and ridge capping during a 110kg install and paid only $4 per tile with nothing for labour or ridge capping, did not reply to four follow-up emails, and that the bill rose by $300 with the payback period stretched far beyond five years. A promised extra was delivered only after questioning.
