What we found
Trading: its website http://www.easternsolar.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
8 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
The 5-star review praises the sales process, with a patient and informative salesperson, and a quick install of about two weeks that was smooth and neat-looking; the reviewer wrote this shortly after the install, before the meter was connected.
The 1 star reviews say
The 1-star review says installers broke roof tiles, causing leaks through to the ceilings during rain after the installation, and that the inverter stopped working and the company will not honour its warranty.
