The 5 star reviews say

No five-star reviews were provided, so there is nothing to report on what customers praised at the sale, install or after-sale stage.

The 1 star reviews say

Both 1-star reviews complain about the period after signing and paying a deposit: installs were delayed by months, calls and emails went unanswered, paperwork was incomplete and staff were rude, with one customer threatened with court over an unsuitable panel layout.

Is this wrong?

If you run this business, worked there or know better, tell us. We check every request and fix the page when the records support it.

Your installer is on this list?

Your panel, inverter and battery warranties sit with the manufacturers, not the installer, so they usually still stand. The installer's own workmanship warranty usually ends with the business. Keep your invoice and serial numbers. If the system needs a check or a repair, we can help.

Installer gone? We look after orphaned systems.

If the company that put in your solar or battery has closed, we can check the system, chase the manufacturer's warranty and keep it running.
