Praise centres on the sales staff and consultants who were friendly, honest about system sizing and answered questions well, plus a painless install and tidy meter box changeover. Several reviewers also praised after-sales help, such as the owner helping with an electricity retailer deal and staff assisting months later with an issue.
The 1 star reviews say
Complaints are about poor contact after the contract is signed, a five-month install delayed by failure to plan the system changeover (which missed a rebate cutoff and added cost), and a faulty switch still unfixed months later. A second reviewer says they were promised 16 panels, paid upfront, but only 15 were fitted, with the refund offered being about $50 and site left messy.
