What we found
Trading: Google still lists Design Electrics as open (35 reviews); its website https://designelectrics.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales stage, with Dan being patient, quick to answer many questions, and giving pragmatic advice and a site visit before quoting. They also praise the install crew as punctual, clean and giving updates through the day, and one describes the process as easy start to finish.
