What we found
Trading: Google still lists Des Mullins Electrical & Solar as open (101 reviews); its website https://www.desmullinselectrical.com.au/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=gmb still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

3 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the installer for providing thorough training and a detailed manual after the install, and for handling supply and grid connection as a single point of contact, with useful written and verbal information during the sale. One 2010 review has no text.
