What we found
Trading: Google still lists Daddy Sun Solar & Insulation as open (59 reviews); its website https://www.daddysunsolar.com.au/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=gmb still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 23 September 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
The one 5-star review praises the company for being very helpful and responsive at every stage, from the site visit up front to follow-up questions several weeks after installation. It also praises electrician Tom Brereton for careful, correct work, and the system performing well during the first scheduled power outage.
