Why we think this
Under threat because Solar Directory archived its listing on 26 August 2026 because its website stopped working; https://www.cyanergy.com.au/ does not answer (URLError). Still trading signs: Google still lists Cyanergy as open (980 reviews); ABN 33147003941 (CYANERGY PTY. LTD.) is still active. Only its website has gone. Check Google, the phone number and the ABN before treating it as closed.
The date comes from: Last SolarQuotes review (last seen trading).
One sign of trouble (a cancelled name or ABN, a dead website, a run of one star reviews) but not enough to call it closed.
What customers said
5 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
The two 5-star reviews praise the easy communication and quoting process, the good quality system at a reasonable price, and the installation crew, with customer service rated only okay. Both appear to be written after the sale or install.
The 1 star reviews say
The 1-star reviews complain about long installation delays blamed on stock shortages, deposits and full payments taken with no install, unresponsive support after payment, unsafe and non-compliant installation work with damage to property, and a company placed into receivership with refunds unpaid.

Installer gone? We look after orphaned systems.
If the company that put in your solar or battery has closed, we can check the system, chase the manufacturer's warranty and keep it running.
