What we found
Trading, restructured: ABN 80162606868 (COUNTRY SOLAR NT PTY LTD) cancelled on 23 September 2022; Business name Country Solar NT cancelled on 6 November 2025, but the business is plainly still trading (Google still lists Country Solar NT as open (71 reviews); its website http://www.countrysolarnt.com.au/ still loads; ABN 11125543777 (DICE (AUST) PTY. LTD.) is still active). Nothing says the old one failed, so this reads as a move to a new name, ABN or company, not a closure.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales staff for clear, impartial advice and fair pricing, and the installers for being on time, tidy and efficient, with systems often installed within days or weeks of signing. Praise is given at the sale and install stages; no reviewer comments on support after installation beyond one noting help with a meter changeover.
