What we found
Trading: Google still lists Cool or Cosy as open (44 reviews); its website https://www.coolorcosy.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales process (informative, no-pressure quotes, prompt grant and grid paperwork), install quality (tidy, on time, professional crews) and the Australian-made panels and long track record. Most praise is written just after sale or install, with some noting good monitoring and handover.
