What we found
Trading: Google still lists Connect Energy as open (97 reviews); its website https://connectenergy.com.au/ still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 27 October 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
5 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the quoting and sales stage as informative, honest and not pushy, with the owner Brett and the install team described as punctual, tidy and thorough, and some note good follow-up after installation (including return visits to fix a night-time power issue and internet setup).
