What we found
Trading: Google still lists Clean Energy Providers as open (27 reviews); its website http://www.cleanenergyproviders.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
3 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
The two 5-star reviews praise the company as friendly and professional, and note it quoted and installed a 13.2kW system on a steep A-frame roof that other installers would not take on, with a clear quote, a switchboard upgrade and a hot water timer included. These comments cover the sale and install stage.
The 1 star reviews say
The single 1-star review complains about service after installation: the installer never returned to give a promised rundown despite several requests, a promised cable cover was not supplied, and the reviewer got little reply to problems raised from early on.
