What we found
Trading: its website https://www.citytosurfsolar.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
26 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sale stage for detailed design, consultation, competitive pricing and help with paperwork and rebate documents, and the install stage for tidy, on-time work with minimal disturbance and a clean site. Some also say the after-service was good.
The 1 star reviews say
The single 1-star review says the solar panels were underperforming a month after install, with output far below expectations, and that the company kept saying the system was working as expected without explaining why. It also says service was good until the deposit was paid.
