What we found
Trading: Google still lists CitiSolar as open (2 reviews); its website http://www.citisolar.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales process: a knowledgeable, easy-to-talk-to sales rep who offered a discount, the product and service over cheaper quotes, timely installation and excellent tradies on the job, and helpful information before the sale.
