What we found
Trading: Google still lists Cerium Energy as open (81 reviews); its website https://www.ceriumenergy.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales staff, especially Michael, for knowledgeable, no-pressure advice, fair pricing and help with rebates and grid connection. They also praise installers for tidy, punctual work and good explanations of the system at handover, with inspections passed.
