What we found
Trading: https://captivateelectrical.com.au/ does not answer (URLError), but the business is plainly still trading (Google still lists Captivate Electrical Pty Ltd as open (1 review); it had a SolarQuotes review on 31 July 2026; ABN 15660023414 (CAPTIVATE ELECTRICAL PTY LTD) is still active; ABN 15807561690 (CONNOLLY, COREY JAMES) is still active), so we read that as the website blocking our check, not a closure.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales stage, saying the company listened to their needs, gave cost-effective quotes (including a site visit by the owner), and provided good communication. They also praise the install itself as punctual, tidy and professional, with the system explained and after-install help with the inverter app and a firmware update.
