What we found
Trading: Google still lists BTR Electrical as open; its website https://btrelectrical.com.au/about-us/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
The single 5-star review praises the personalised service from the outset, the polite and willing approach to listening to objectives, and a smooth installation that arrived on time and was left tidy. It also credits the team for handling grid connection with minimal fuss and for taking responsibility to keep the process easy, so the praise covers the sale, install and connection stages.
