What we found
Trading: its website https://www.brightnestenergy.com.au still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 31 October 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales staff (Kira and Shay are named often) for clear explanations, competitive pricing and helpful advice on system size, then praise installers for being punctual, professional and leaving sites tidy. Several also mention post-install follow-up and help with grid connection or warranty issues.
