What we found
Trading: Google still lists Battery Plant Victoria Pty Ltd as open (22 reviews); its website https://www.batteryplant.com.au/ still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 17 July 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
3 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
The 5-star review praises the fair negotiation, quality installation and excellent after-sales support, with the reviewer able to get help configuring the batteries within minutes. It covers the sale, install and after-sales stages, and notes the install could be tidier.
The 1 star reviews say
The 1-star reviews say a system was not activated for weeks after the customer paid in full, with certification and grid connection not completed and no timeline given. A second reviewer says a CT connection error caused about $400 in extra electricity costs, and the company refused to compensate after acknowledging its error.
