What we found
Trading: Google still lists Australis Solar as open (162 reviews); its website http://australissolar.com.au/ still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 15 July 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
18 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers at the quote and sale stage praised competitive pricing, willingness to negotiate and helpful staff, and at the install stage praised tidy, careful and timely workmanship and good coordination of approvals and rebates.
The 1 star reviews say
The single 1 star review says the customer cancelled over a month before install due to a change in work situation, offered to pay the costs incurred, and was still kept the full $2865 deposit. It says calls and emails were ignored and no evidence of costs was provided.
