What we found
Trading: Google still lists Austral Solar as open (9 reviews); its website http://www.australsolar.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
7 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales stage for fast quotes, competitive pricing, good communication and helpful, polite salespeople, and the install stage for on-time, tidy contractors and good work, with systems working well afterwards.
The 1 star reviews say
The single 1-star review complains about installer damage to a ceiling, panels placed in the wrong spot, months of slow replies, unpaid damage claims and an unfinished job that had to be completed by another installer.
