What we found
Trading: Google still lists Austra Solar as open (292 reviews); its website https://austrasolarpower.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
No 5-star reviews were provided, so there is no feedback on the sale, install or after-sales stage.
The 1 star reviews say
All three 1-star reviews concern deposits paid without installation: a $500 battery deposit with the job stalled for months and a refund only arranged through NSW Fair Trade, a deposit in June 2025 with the system still not installed by October and the quote revised upwards three times, and a $300 deposit whose reviewer says the company had no physical office and asked for a refund that was not given.
