What we found
Trading: its website http://www.aussieoffgrid.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

13 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
The one substantive 5-star review praises the sales stage: the company advised well on a system to suit the customer's needs, and its components gave better value than rival quotes, though the install was not until early 2017. The other two 5-star reviews have no text.
The 1 star reviews say
The 1-star review says the company promised work for two years, was taken to court and ordered to refund the customer, but had not paid, so the customer is moving to wind it up as insolvent. The reviewer warns others to be careful about paying deposits.
