What we found
Trading: Google still lists Ausgreen Solar as open (274 reviews); its website https://www.ausgreensolar.com.au/ still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 22 October 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
13 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the competitive quote, quick and tidy installation by qualified installers, and helpful sales reps who gave an on-the-spot quote and organised the smart meter, with some noting the system has worked since install. Most of this praise is about the sale and install stages, with a few mentioning good communication and after-sales support soon after.
The 1 star reviews say
Both 1-star reviews are about deposits: one says a deposit was taken and then the company stopped answering calls and emails and turned off its mobile numbers, and the other says a $350 deposit was not refunded after a cancellation within the cooling off period despite two weeks of emails.
