What we found
Trading: Google still lists Assured Class Electrical as open (10 reviews); its website http://www.acecleanenergy.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 5 star reviews say
The single 5-star review, posted in December 2017 on SolarQuotes, is a short thank-you note saying the reviewer decided to stay with a local installer. It says nothing about the work itself, so it is written at the sale stage with no install or aftercare detail.
