What we found
Trading: Google still lists Array Energy as open; its website https://arrayenergy.com.au/ still loads.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.

The 1 star reviews say
The 1-star reviews complain that systems never worked properly after install, including a 10kW system that was never registered with the network operator, a 6kW system with a string left unplugged for years, and an installation lacking isolation valves and earthing. Reviewers say calls, texts and emails went unanswered and that the company offered no after-sales care.
