What we found
Trading: it had a SolarQuotes review on 29 July 2026. Watch: https://arkanaenergy.com.au/ now redirects to https://1komma5.com/au/.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
The 50 most recent of its 57 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales team for being knowledgeable, honest and not pushy, the installers for being punctual, tidy and professional, and the follow-up on grid connection and paperwork. These comments are written at the sale and install stage, shortly after the job.
The 1 star reviews say
The two 1-star reviews complain about a promised exclusive energy retailer deal that did not cover their area, bills that did not fall, a payment wrongly chased as outstanding, rude customer support, and a system smaller than the 13.42kW paid for, with a faulty RCD set-up that took weeks to fix.
