What we found
Trading: Google still lists Advantage Solar as open (541 reviews); its website http://www.advantagesolar.com.au/ still loads; it had a SolarQuotes review on 20 July 2026.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
10 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the sales staff for being informative, unpushy and helpful with rebates, and the installers for being prompt, tidy, professional and willing to explain decisions. Several note the install was quick, with some finished within days or weeks, and that the team helped them use the monitoring app.
The 1 star reviews say
The single 1 star review, from June 2025, says the solar system installed was unsatisfactory and the battery was not working at all. It does not say how the company responded.
