What we found
Trading: no closure signals found.
Open for business: Google, its own website or recent reviews show it trading. A cancelled old name or ABN beside a business that plainly trades on is a restructure, not a closure.
What customers said
12 SolarQuotes reviews
The 5 star reviews say
Reviewers praise the installers as punctual, thorough, neat and tidy, and professional, with staff who explained the system and cleaned up afterwards. Some also mention a good price, helpful sales staff and an online portal to track installation, though one notes communication during the process was disjointed and delayed.
The 1 star reviews say
One review complains the installed inverter did not comply with the Victorian Emergency Backstop mandate and the installer would not fix it. Two others describe poor sales-stage follow-up: unanswered calls and messages after the paperwork and payment were done, a long delay before installation, and a desktop quote that was later raised by over $2,000 at installation with a deposit already taken.
